By using BizPage (bizpage.org) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Business pages

• You may only create a page for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
• The information on your page must be accurate and kept up to date. You're responsible for what you publish, including photos, which you must have the right to use.
• No spam, misleading claims, illegal products or services, adult content, hate, harassment, or links to malicious websites.
• One page per business location. Don't create duplicate pages.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Reviews and messages

• Reviews must be about a real experience with the business, written by you.
• Business owners may not review their own business or offer anything in exchange for reviews.
• No offensive language, personal information about others, or advertising in reviews and messages.

Listings added from public data

• Some listings start from open business data and are marked as not yet claimed. Only someone who runs the business may claim it.
• We confirm claims automatically, through an email address at the business's own website domain, the business email address on file, or a code placed on the business's website. Claiming a business you don't run, or helping someone else do so, breaks these terms and we will remove access.
• If your business is listed and you'd rather it wasn't, use "Please remove this listing" on its page.

Using the site and its information

• You may use BizPage to find, contact and review businesses, and share links to pages.
• You may not copy the directory or large parts of it. That means no scraping, crawling, harvesting or bulk downloading of pages, contact details or reviews by robots, scripts or other automated means, and no using the site's information to build another directory or database, send unsolicited marketing, or train software.
• Search engines may index the site as allowed by our robots.txt file.
• Don't try to get around limits we put on how quickly pages can be loaded, or interfere with the site's security or performance. We may slow down or block addresses that do.

Pro subscriptions and payments

• Pro is optional. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time under "Manage billing" on your dashboard; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't give refunds for partial months or years, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.
• If you subscribed during a free period (such as our launch offer), your first payment is on the date shown at checkout. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
• If we change the price of Pro, we'll email you at least 30 days before it affects you.
• Printed products and services from our team are quoted and paid for separately. If a printed order arrives damaged or with a printing error that's ours, we'll reprint it free.

What we may do

We may review, edit for formatting, decline, hide or remove any page, review or photo that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, and we may suspend accounts that do. We may change or stop parts of the service. We'll try to give notice of significant changes.

No guarantees

BizPage is provided as is. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, or that a page will produce any number of visitors, customers or search-engine rankings. Information on business pages is provided by the businesses; we don't guarantee it's accurate. A "Verified" badge appears only where we have checked a business document such as a license. Owners of claimed pages have confirmed their email address or their connection to the business, which is not the same as verifying the business itself. Use your own judgment when choosing a business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BizPage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or for dealings between visitors and businesses.
